Big Bubba Productions LLC
Effective date: September 25, 2026
Last updated: October 1, 2026
This policy applies to the games published by Big Bubba Productions LLC ("we", "us"), a company based in the United States. It currently covers:
BUBBA CHOP GROVE (Android and iOS)
FUSE BREAKER PROTOCOL (Android and iOS)
What the Bucket Brought (Android and iOS), whose policy is on its own page: https://www.bigbubbaproductions.com/privacy-policy/what-the-bucket-brought
It explains what information is involved when you play, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We have kept it short and plain. Each game has its own section below, because they work differently (for example in the ads they show and who they are for). The last two sections, "Changes to this policy" and "Contact", apply to all of our games.
Big Bubba Productions LLC is responsible for these games and this policy. Google, which provides the ads in our games, decides how it uses the information its ads software collects, under its own privacy policy (linked in each game's section).
We don't keep any personal information ourselves. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no in-app purchases and no analytics of our own, and we don't sell your information ourselves. The Google ads SDK in the game does collect and share some data (listed below) to show and measure ads. Some US state laws may treat that as a "sale" or "sharing"; see US state privacy laws below to opt out.
Your progress stays on your device. Your saved game and settings are stored locally on your phone.
Ads are optional. BUBBA CHOP GROVE includes rewarded video ads that play only when you choose to watch one. There are no other ads. The ads are provided by Google AdMob, and Google (not us) collects certain information to show and measure those ads, as described below.
You are in control. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before ads use your data, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy & ads options. On iOS, the game may also show Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission before personalised advertising. You can deny that permission and keep playing.
Saved game progress (for example lumber, upgrades and achievements) and a backup copy, so you can continue where you left off.
Game settings (for example sound volumes, haptics, graphics quality, number format, battery saver, screen layout and accessibility options), to remember your preferences.
Your age group (under 13, 13 to 15, or 16 and over), from the one-time age question, to set how ads work. Your year of birth itself is not stored.
Your privacy choices from Google's consent message, stored by Google's consent software so it does not ask you again every time. Google's ads software follows them when it requests ads.
This information stays on your device, in the game's private app storage. We never receive it.
Android backup and device transfer. If you have turned on backup in your Android settings, Android may include the game's save file in your device backup (stored in your own Google account) or copy it to a new phone when you transfer your data. This is handled by Android and Google under your account settings, and we never receive it. Only the save and settings file is included: ad data and your consent choices are excluded, so the game asks for your choices again on a new device.
iOS storage and backup. On iOS, save data and settings remain in the app's private storage. iOS may include app data in an iPhone or iCloud backup according to your device settings. We do not receive or control that backup.
Import and export. If you use the game's save export feature, the exported text is shown to you or saved where you choose. We do not receive it.
Permissions. On Android, the game uses these device permissions, which Android grants at install without asking: internet and network state (only for ads and the consent message), the Advertising ID permission (for the ads SDK), and vibration for haptic feedback (you can turn haptics off in the game's settings). The ads SDK also declares Android's standard ad-measurement and background-work permissions. On iOS, the only permission the game may ask for is App Tracking Transparency, described below.
We do not access your contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera or precise location, and the game does not ask for those permissions on Android or iOS.
BUBBA CHOP GROVE uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to offer optional rewarded video ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to ask for and store your privacy choices.
What Google may collect when the ads SDK runs in the game:
Device and other identifiers: on Android, the Android Advertising ID and the App Set ID; on iOS, Apple's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking) and other app- or developer-scoped device identifiers.
Approximate location: estimated from your IP address (not GPS or precise location).
App interactions: for example app launches, taps, ad views and video completions, and the usage signals needed to serve ads.
Advertising data: which ads you have seen.
Diagnostics: crash logs and performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate and energy use.
Device information: such as device model, operating system version, language and app version.
On Android, Google's SDK may also use Android's Privacy Sandbox features where supported. On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency and advertising settings control whether the advertising identifier may be used for tracking.
Who it is shared with: this information is collected by and shared with Google as our advertising provider. Where you have allowed personalised ads, Google may also work with its certified advertising partners to select and measure ads, under Google's policies. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy and the terms that govern our use of its ads services. We do not share information with anyone else.
Why: to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where you have allowed it, show personalised ads. Google uses this information under its own privacy policy:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
How Google uses cookies and identifiers in advertising: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
When: the ads SDK starts only after the consent step described below. An ad plays only when you tap a "Watch ad" button. The SDK may load an ad in the background so it is ready when you ask.
Ad content: the game asks Google only for ads suitable for general audiences (maximum ad content rating "G").
Our role: we do not receive or store the identifiers above. We receive only aggregated reports from AdMob (for example total ad views and earnings).
Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland): storing and reading information on your device for ads, and personalised ads, rely on your consent, which you give or refuse in Google's consent message. Non-personalised ads, frequency limits, ad measurement and fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests (keeping the game free and its ads safe), only to the extent your choices in that message allow. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & ads options; this does not affect processing that happened before.
Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch, the game shows Google's consent message, where you can accept, reject or choose how your data is used for advertising. If you do not consent, ads may be limited or non-personalised, and some rewarded ads may be unavailable. The game still works.
US state privacy laws: where applicable (for example in California), Google's message and Settings → Privacy & ads options let you opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
Change your mind any time: open Settings → Privacy & ads options in the game (shown where required).
App Tracking Transparency (iOS): the game may show Apple's tracking permission once, after the consent message. You can allow or deny it, and change it later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game plays the same either way.
Device settings: on Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation in your device's settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads; wording varies by device). On iOS, you can manage tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Don't watch ads: all ads are optional. You can play the whole game without watching any.
Play offline: the game works without an internet connection. Without one, no ads are requested.
Uninstall: uninstalling the game deletes its local data from your device.
BUBBA CHOP GROVE is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. Because younger players might still find it, the first time you play the game asks for your year of birth (nothing is pre-selected). The game keeps only your age group on your device and uses it to set how ads work:
Under 13: ads are treated as child-directed: only ads suitable for children, no personalised ads, and the advertising identifier is not used.
13 to 15: ads are treated as being for someone under the age of digital consent, so they are not personalised where that applies.
Everyone: ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will work with Google to address it.
On your device: your save and settings stay until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game.
Google: keeps ad-related data according to its own policies (see the links above).
Us: we keep no personal information about players. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you, and keep it only as long as needed for that and for our ordinary business records.
Your save and settings are kept in the game's private app storage, which Android and iOS protect from other apps. Information sent by the ads SDK is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). The game communicates only with Google's ad and consent services, and with our website if you open one of its links (such as this policy). Its own content is stored in the app and does not need a connection to play.
Google may process advertising data in countries other than yours, including the United States, where we are based, under the safeguards described in Google's own terms and privacy policy.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, or state privacy laws in the United States), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, to receive it in a portable format, to object (including to personalised advertising), and to withdraw consent. Personalised ads involve profiling by Google; it has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. Because we do not hold personal information about players, most requests are best handled directly by Google (see the links above) and through Settings → Privacy & ads options. You can also contact us and we will help. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
US state privacy laws (for example California): in the last 12 months, the ads software in the game has collected these categories of personal information, all directly from your device: identifiers (Advertising ID or Apple's advertising identifier where permitted, App Set ID or other app-scoped device identifiers, IP address), internet or other electronic network activity (how you interact with ads) and approximate geolocation (estimated from the IP address). They are used for the purposes described above and disclosed to Google as our advertising provider (and, where personalised ads are permitted, to Google's certified advertising partners, as described above). We do not collect sensitive personal information. Where a state law treats letting Google use this information for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing", you can opt out in Settings → Privacy & ads options or in Google's message, and you can reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings. You also have the rights to know, access, correct and delete described above. Ads for players under 16 are never personalised, and we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. You may make a request yourself or through an authorized agent by emailing us; we may ask an agent for your signed permission. Because we hold no personal information about players, we will help you direct requests to Google. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.
We do not collect your personal information ourselves. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat, no in-app purchases and no analytics of our own. We don't sell your information to anyone ourselves. Some US state laws may treat the ad data Google's software collects in the game as a "sale" or "sharing"; see US state privacy laws below to opt out.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob. A full-screen ad may appear between missions (when you leave the results screen after beating a mission, never during play), and you can choose to watch an optional ad for an in-game bonus. To show and measure those ads, Google's ads software in the game collects certain information, as described below.
You are in control. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent before ads use your information, and where your region requires it you can change your choices at any time in Settings → Privacy choices.
Your progress stays on your device. Your saved game and settings are stored on your phone or tablet (and in your own Android or iPhone backup, if you use one).
To let you continue where you left off, the game stores the following on your device, inside the game's private app storage:
Saved progress: for example the missions you have completed, the ratings you earned, your best times and your chosen equipment, plus a backup copy in case the main copy is damaged.
Settings: for example sound and music volume, vibration, controls and accessibility options.
Your privacy choices: Google's consent software stores the choices you make in its consent message on your device, so it does not ask you again every time, and Google's ads software follows them when it requests ads.
We never receive any of this information. Your saved progress and settings stay on your device.
Android backup and moving to a new phone. If you have turned on backup in your Android settings, Android may include the game's save and settings file in your device backup, which is stored in your own Google account, or copy it to a new phone when you transfer your data. This is a feature of Android, run by Google under your account settings, and we never receive it. Only the save and settings file is included: ad data and your consent choices are not (the game asks for your choices again on a new device). You can turn device backup off in your Android settings.
iPhone backup. On iPhone, iOS includes the game's app data in your iCloud or computer backup, as it does for apps generally. This can include your save, your settings and the consent choices stored on your device. This is a feature of iOS, run by Apple under your account settings, and we never receive it. You can manage iCloud Backup in your iPhone's Settings.
The game uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to show ads, and Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for and store your privacy choices.
What Google may collect when the ads SDK runs in the game:
Device and other identifiers: on Android, the Android Advertising ID, the App set ID and similar identifiers; on iPhone, the identifier for vendor (IDFV) and similar identifiers. The game never asks for permission to track you on iPhone, so Google's ads software cannot read your iPhone's advertising identifier (IDFA).
Approximate location: derived from your IP address (not GPS or precise location).
App interactions: for example ad views, taps and video completions, and the launch and usage signals needed to serve ads.
Diagnostics: information about the ads SDK's performance and crashes.
Device information: such as device model, operating system version, language and app version.
Who it is shared with: this information is collected by and shared with Google as our advertising provider. Where personalised ads are permitted (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland only if you consent; elsewhere unless you opt out in Settings → Privacy choices, where offered, or in your device's ad settings), Google may also work with its certified advertising partners to select and measure ads, under Google's policies. We do not share information with anyone else.
Why: to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and, where permitted as described above, show personalised ads.
Full-screen ads appear only between missions, and the optional reward ad plays only when you tap "Watch ad". The SDK may load an ad in the background so it is ready when needed.
Ad content: the game asks Google for ads suitable for teens and older (maximum ad content rating "T"), and does not ask for child-directed ads, because the game is intended for players aged 16 and over.
Our role: we do not receive or store the identifiers above. We receive only aggregated reports from AdMob (for example the total number of ads shown and earnings).
Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland): on first launch, the game shows Google's consent message, where you can accept, reject or choose how your data is used for advertising. If you do not consent, ads may be limited or non-personalised, and the optional reward ad may be unavailable. The game still works fully.
US state privacy laws: where applicable (for example in California), Google's message and Settings → Privacy choices let you opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
Change your mind at any time: open Settings → Privacy choices in the game (shown where your region requires it).
Reset or limit your Advertising ID (Android): in your device's Settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads; wording varies by device) you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation.
Tracking on iPhone: the game never asks to track you across other companies' apps and websites, so the advertising identifier is not available to it. Under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking you can also stop all apps from asking.
Optional ads: the reward ad is always optional. You can play the whole game without watching it.
Play offline: the game works without an internet connection. Without one, no ads are requested.
Uninstall: uninstalling the game deletes its data from your device.
On iPhone, the game asks for no permissions at all: it uses the network only for ads and the consent message, and haptic feedback needs no permission. The game does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, files, phone or accounts, and it never asks for those permissions.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you, and keep it only as long as needed for that and for our ordinary business records.
FUSE BREAKER PROTOCOL contains stylised action violence and is intended for players aged 16 and over. It is not directed to children, and its ads are not child-directed. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game and information about them was collected for ads, contact us and we will work with Google to address it.
On your device: your save and settings stay until you uninstall the game (or, on Android, clear its storage in your device settings).
Google: keeps ad-related data according to its own policies (see the links above).
Us: we keep no personal information about players. If you email us, we keep your message only as long as needed to answer it and for our ordinary business records.
Your save and settings are kept in the game's private app storage, which Android and iOS protect from other apps. Information sent by the ads SDK is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). The game communicates only with Google's ad and consent services; its own content is stored in the app.

If a new version of one of our games changes how it handles information (for example new ad formats, online features or purchases), we will update this policy before that version is released. When we release a new game, we will add it to the list at the top.
